This dynamic program provides adults with a comprehensive workout that blends traditional martial arts disciplines with kickboxing for a powerful and effective fitness experience.
Location: Dojo (5897 Rosemary Ln.) Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM) Cost: $75 per month (3 days/wk)
Tuesday & Wednesday:
-Develop core martial arts skills, fostering self-defense awareness and technique.
-Learn effective striking and kicking techniques through kickboxing drills.
Thursday:
-Open Mat. At least one black belt instructor will be there to help with anything you would like to work on for competition, belt testing or just to improve your current skillset.

This introductory program is designed to nurture a love for martial arts in young minds and bodies. Through engaging drills and games, students develop fundamental skills while building confidence and social interaction.

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) Cost: $40 one-time sign-up fee (includes uniform & belt) + $50 per month (1 day/wk included) $65 per month ((2 days/wk included) parents train free)
